今天終於將48小時以前烘好的耶加雪菲開包品嚐了。
打開包裝,聞到比較基調低沉的味道,有些莓類的味道,同時還一點焦糖的味道。在豆子磨好以後,可能是烘焙的願意,有比較明顯的炒花生的味道。
我是在90度悶蒸的,大約85度衝調。
得到的咖啡,口味濃厚,酸味不明顯,沒有水洗耶加雪菲典型的花香,有淡淡的紅茶味道,稍微伴隨一點點的澀味;有明顯的發酵味,類似紅酒的味道。隨着咖啡溫度的降低,咖啡入口後的酸度有些提升,但是不是很搶口。
總體上,我本次的體會,日曬耶加雪菲的口味更像是上等的哈拉爾,能夠將哈拉爾的日曬特點都表現出來,但耶加雪菲自身的特點反而不是很明顯。
