很多想開店的人是爲了心中的文藝情懷，而事實上，沒有周全的商業計劃和週轉計劃，會給開店埋下很深的地雷。除了情懷，專業知識、管理、營銷每一環都不可或缺，這樣才能讓咖啡店良性運營。</p>
<p>
選址找最繁華地兒?No!</p>
<p>
一家咖啡店的成敗很大程度上取決於選址。選址時要考慮人潮及流量，要計算上午、下午、晚上各時段的人潮，統計平日和週末上班族、學生、家庭主婦的比例。另外，要讓客人在5到7分鐘內就能到達店鋪。</p>
<p>
有50萬啓動資金就開店?No!</p>
<p>
開咖啡加盟店還是獨立店因人而異。小編詢問多家咖啡加盟店，一般來說，加盟店要求面積在150平以上，加盟費用在40萬-50萬，後期再進行40萬到150萬的投資。若開一家40平左右的獨立咖啡店，算上租金少說也要50萬。很多投資者覺得有了啓動資金就可以開店了，往往會因週轉不善而關門大吉，因此預留半年經費作爲週轉是比較理智的。</p>
<p>
靠賣咖啡賺錢?No!</p>
<p>
只賣咖啡很難盈利。“開在家門口的咖啡館一般要加上簡餐，尤其是要保證晚上的簡餐供應才能收支平衡。”一位咖啡店代理商說。小點心、紅酒、咖啡杯、明信片都可以成爲生財法寶。</p>
<p>
上個培訓班就能做咖啡?No!</p>
<p>
以爲自己去報個培訓班，或者買幾本書學學怎麼做咖啡就可以開店了?專業技術是咖啡品質和口味的保證，如何製作咖啡、點心也是一門學問，最好請專業咖啡師和烘焙師加盟。市場上的咖啡培訓機構很多，收費有高有低，有的並不靠譜。</p>
<p>
有微信就會營銷?No!</p>
<p>
在微信微博社會化媒體主導的時代，營銷渠道無處不在，但並非會用微信就能做好營銷。營銷時抓住自身特色尤爲重要。主打美食、圖書、電影、綠植、油畫、寵物等創意主題元素也可以提高咖啡館的附加值，給顧客更多元的服務。</p>

Tips 一份小咖啡店的成本清單</p>
<p>
1.租金：地段不同費用也不同，比如北京南鑼鼓巷一家非臨街80平咖啡店月租在2.5萬，一年租金預算在30萬。</p>
<p>
2.設備：投入8萬—10萬元(包括廚房設施如咖啡機、磨粉機、水處理設備、音響、空調、收銀系統等固定資產設施)。</p>
<p>
3.傢俱：6萬—10萬(如吧檯、沙發、桌椅等)。</p>
<p>
4.首次備貨費用：各種咖啡豆、奶、茶、水果、冰淇淋等的費用。一包重1斤售價一兩百元的中上等咖啡豆可泡出50-70杯咖啡，因此每杯咖啡的咖啡豆成本約爲3元。</p>
<p>
5.營銷費用：利用社交媒體自我營銷是最省錢的方式。</p>
<p>
6.人員開支及水電費。</p>
<p>
7.週轉金：開業初期，咖啡店要準備一定量的流動資金。</p>
<p>
當然有些投入是豐儉由人的，比如裝修、傢俱，可以精打細算。總之開家小咖啡館的費用， 50萬就可以啓動了，但也得有後續資金保障。</p>
